SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY
DELIVERIES
MediCompras.com not send any orders to verify that payment has been made of it.
The delivery is considered made when the carrier has delivered the goods
available to the client and that has signed the document under delivery. The
customer is obliged to check and verify the condition of the goods and present
all claims that may be justified in document delivery.
Delivery times are indicated by MediCompras.com guide, although our company will
endeavor to meet these deadlines, the delay does not imply the cancellation of
the order or compensation.
Shipping costs per item are recorded during the billing process, or you can make
an estimate of these costs from the cart before the check. By default, items are
automatically assigned to the most economical way available, however, you have
the option of choosing a different service during the billing process. If
standard shipping is not available for the service you choose, the level of
transmission is changed by default to expedite service.
The shipping cost is calculated "per item" or "per pound" and is based on the
level of shipping service selected.
To ensure your package arrives safe and in good condition, MediCompras.com is
associated with leaders in the shipping industry. You will receive a
confirmation email confirming the shipping company dedicated transport used to
ship products.
RETURNS
You may return a product purchased in MediCompras.com if it meets the guidelines
below. Not all products can be returned to the store for more information:
Guidelines:
You may return product to store MediCompras.com by mail to our return center. All
returns must be in original condition and include all accessories. You will
receive a credit on your purchase only if it meets the criteria set out below:
15-day period for returns:
Our store gives a maximum of 15 days to notify the return of one item beyond
this period, the company reserves the right to reject any application for refund
required by the client (See exceptions).
Exceptions:
The following items are not returnable:
Labor services and / or installation
Articles mistreated.
If the original item is opened and is damaged or defective or if sent the wrong
item, you may receive credit for these items. Please see below for details (section
of damaged items, defective or incorrect).
You can return any product to which it lacks the barcode (UPC). If the item is
damaged or defective, please refer to details below.
Charges for restocking:
There will be a charge of 25% in restocking the products sold in our shop. These
fees apply unless the item is defective or damaged, you received the wrong item
or the charge is prohibited by law.
Charges for lost or damaged product:
There will be a charge for lost or damaged in any product that lacks the box,
packaging, contents, accessories or original manual (ie, any product that is not
"as new").
Items damaged, defective or incorrect:
You will get credit if you return an item damaged, defective or incorrect by
mail or in a store MediCompras.com. Then you can decide how to purchase a replacement
item to the store or online.
Personal data:
Remove all personal data (eg computer software) of any product you return.
MediCompras.com not responsible for any personal data left in one of these products.
Refund policy:
Any product that was purchased to be available mail-in rebate that will be
subject to the refund amount deducted from the amount to be refunded. Unless
otherwise noted, all refunds are subject to one per product or address.
Promotional items:
Any product returned without an article(s) on promotion was included in the
original transaction will be deducted the value of the item on promotion from
the refund amount.
If you want to return a particular item you purchased as part of a package, it
will refund the sale price of your item back, but must pay the difference
between the price of each item remaining in the package and its full price the
day of purchase the package.
